2. Purpose and acceptance
This legal notice governs access to and use of the website, whose purpose is to provide information about the services of NERSIS SOLUTIONS, S.L. (“Nersis”) and to make it easy to contact the company. Accessing the website makes you a user and implies acceptance of these terms.

Users agree to use the website and its content appropriately, in accordance with the law, good faith and public order. In particular, users agree not to:

Nersis is not liable for decisions taken solely on the basis of this information, or for damage arising from service interruptions, technical failures or causes beyond its control, except where the law provides otherwise.

The website contains links to third-party sites, such as the Nersis page on LinkedIn, and to the client and support portal (support.nersis.es). Nersis does not control and is not responsible for the content of third-party sites; their own terms and privacy policies apply when you visit them.
Anyone wishing to link to the website may link to its home page without prior authorisation, provided the link does not mislead about the relationship with Nersis and is not placed on pages with unlawful content. Any other form of linking or reproduction requires written authorisation.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction
This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Madrid, unless applicable law establishes a different jurisdiction.
